Guests are being assured their safety comes first with Great Wolf Lodge's new 'Paw Pledge' program based on guidance from health and public officials. It's a promise to keep families healthy while at the indoor waterpark.

In a press release, Great Wolf Lodge says they've:

collaborated with medical professionals, sanitation specialists, and industrial engineers to develop customized health and safety procedures.

The reopening plan focuses on disinfection and sanitization, physical distancing, personal protection, and minimizing surface interactions in all guest areas across the resort.

Great Wolf Lodge will be using hospital-grade disinfectants on all of the frequently touched surfaces of the park.

All guest rooms will be disinfected and sanitized prior to check-in, with room attendants paying special attention to high touchpoint areas such as door handles, light switches, in-room phones, thermostats, and television remotes.

Great Wolf Lodge will initially operate at 50% or less occupancy to allow for proper social distancing.

Markers will be placed where lines form for waterslides, attractions, retail shops, food outlets, and the front desk to measure six-feet of distance between guests.

Great Wolf has increased the number of hand sanitation stations throughout the resort and will provide guests with disinfectant wipes, sanitizer, and face coverings by request.

Great Wolf added in their press release that:

the CDC continues to state “there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools, hot tubs, or water playgrounds” and that “proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection of pools, hot tubs, and water playgrounds should inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
