Howell man found with 50-bags of heroin and cocaine at traffic stop

A Howell Township man is facing charges after police in Monmouth's Ocean Township found Kyle Costello in possession of 50-bags of heroin and cocaine at a traffic stop.

Police say the 32-year old was driving erratically on the Asbury Park Circle January 19 around 1:26 pm.

They pulled him over on Route 18 North and found him in possession of the narcotics along with some drug paraphernalia.

Costello was arrested and then later released on a criminal summons pending a future court appearance.
