It started all the way back in the '60s. Over the years, this popular coffee destination grew into a destination.
They built an expansive menu that perfectly complemented its java.
Coffee joints see the most activity in the morning through midday when the workforce needs a much-needed pick me up.
This establishment was hopping all day and night.
With the introduction of open mic nights and live music, this spot quickly became more than just the coffee.
Sadly, the legendary Long Branch landmark Inkwell Coffee House announced that it is closed for the foreseeable future.
The announcement was made on Inkwell's Instagram page. They checked in from "Rock Bottom."
The Inkwell has been a Long Branch staple since the ’60s. Home to our committed staff and our huge family of regulars. This is why it saddens us to say the good times have come to an end. We want to thank everyone for all the love and support over the years.
