Toms River Scarecrow Walk 2026: See Every Scarecrow And Cast Your Vote

Toms River was recently snubbed in a national ranking of the best Halloween towns in the United States. I was not okay with that; not only does Toms River have one of the biggest Halloween Parades in the country each year, but the town really does go all out each Halloween.

Whether it's events, which we have plenty of, or decorations, which are all over the place, Toms River is a fantastic Halloween town. And now, one of my favorite traditions during Halloween in Toms River is out on display, and this year, it looks fantastic!

The Downtown Scarecrow Walk Is Back In Toms River, NJ

The Scarecrow Walk is once again lining Washington Street and parts of Main Street in Downtown Toms River.

Who Makes The Scarecrows Lining Downtown Toms River, NJ?

These scarecrows are built and submitted by members of the surrounding community and are then put on display for all to enjoy during the spookiest time of year!

How Long Are Scarecrows On Display For In Downtown Toms River, NJ?

You can also vote for your favorite Scarecrow while voting is open through October 24th, and the Scarecrows will remain on display until about November 2nd.

Voting Is Now Open For Your Favorite Scarecrow In Downtown Toms River, NJ

Voting has two categories: Judges' Choice and Popular Vote, and you can cast your votes for your scarecrow this year by dropping your ballot off at the Downtown Shops on Main Street in Toms River.

The top three scarecrows in each category will win a cash prize!
