Police in Holmdel are asking for your help in identifying the man pictured as well as providing any information that can assist them in solving this case.
The theft took place on Tuesday night, around 6:30 pm, when police said the man walked into the Kay Jeweler's on Route 35 flashing a handgun and ordering employees of the store to give him all "men's gold" and they did as told.
The suspect then fled on foot, police believe it was in the direction of the back of the building towards the Kohl's Plaza.
Police said that nobody was injured during the heist.
As for the alleged suspect, he is described by police as a white man in his early 70's speaking with what sounds like a Russian accent.
He was also wearing jeans, a dark jacket, a wool hat, a face mask, and sneakers.
