Well despite the short delay we have good news about the new "Crumbl Cookies" in Brick Township. The recent Grand Opening was delayed however now we get word from their Publicist that you can grab the milk because Crumbl Cookies will open this Friday, February 17th at 8 am.

According to Crumbl Cookies, "Crumbl Cookies is officially opening its doors in Brick on February 17 at 8am, at 56 Chambers Bridge Rd, Unit 21, Brick, NJ 08723. Owners, Marc DeCorso, and Earl and Jana Koskie, and their crew are eager to provide Brick with a cookie experience to remember. Make your Valentine’s Day celebrations a little sweeter with a pink box!"

In addition "Store owners, Marc DeCorso, and Earl and Jana Koskie, say they can’t wait to serve delicious treats to cookie-crazed fans in Crumbl’s perfectly postable pink boxes. The store is open from 8am – 10pm on weekdays and 8am – 12am Fridays and Saturdays. Media, community members, and city officials are invited to join the celebration."

Me, I have three favorite cookies. Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Oatmeal cookies. They are my go-to cookies. I especially like the peanut butter cut-out cookies at the holidays and yes you can even throw a Hershey's kiss in them. As a kid dunking chocolate chips in milk was an event as well as a snack lol. So hearing about a new cookie shop in Ocean County is a reason to be happy.
