Pretty soon, the temperatures will be falling, our favorite seasonal spots will be closing their doors for a little, and all the summer fun will come to an end.  And eventually, we'll all be trapped by the dreaded 4 letter word: SNOW.

I'm getting way ahead of myself, because summer at the Jersey Shore ending is not all bad, right?  There are plenty of things for us to look forward to.

And no, I'm not talking about pumpkin spice lattes, haunted activities, and apple picking (although those are things I personally can't wait for, and are really exciting.)  We also won't be focusing on the kids going back to school either (but I'm sure many of you are excited to have some much-needed quiet time!)

This Labor Day weekend, soak up every last second of summer 2022.  Get those boardwalk treats, visit your favorite seasonal shops, and have a blast on the beach with family and friends.  But before you get too down on another summer coming to an end, remember that better things are on the horizon with local summer!

Here are 5 reasons you should be excited that summer is coming to an end at the Jersey Shore!
