Authorities said they checked through records and learned that Yusufov never had a legitimate New Jersey law license and allegedly forged a document featuring grammar errors that wrongfully said he was in "good standing" to practice law in the Garden State.

Monmouth County Prosecutors did learn he is legitimately licensed to do so though in New York.

Yusufov was arrested this week without incident on charges of four counts of third-degree Unauthorized Practice of Law and a single count of fourth-degree Uttering a Forged Instrument was and released on a complaint-summons pending future proceedings in Monmouth County Superior Court.
