Two men are facing several charges following a stabbing that occurred at the Prospect Pointe Apartments on South New Prospect Road in Jackson Township on Sunday afternoon.

Jackson Police said that they responded around 3:25 pm and spoke with a 40-year old man who had been stabbed several times during an argument with another man.

The victim informed police he was arguing with one man and then another man came out to his residence and stabbed him, leading to non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect proceeded to retreat to his own apartment.

When police learned what happened from the victim, they paid a visit to the suspect's apartment and were granted entry by another man.

The stabbing suspect took notice and bolted out the front door to no avail as he was arrested right then and there, and the knife he allegedly used in the stabbing was recovered.
