During a packed meeting Wednesday night at Jackson Memorial High School the board acceped one of two final restructuring models created by a strategic planning committee to close an anticpated $13 million budget deficit and deal with a shrinking student population.
NJ State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said the teen was riding a Kawasaki dirt bike north on County Road 628 in Upper Township around 2:30 p.m. when a Nissan Rogue headed south made a left turn into a driveway.
"The current economy, changes in our area's demographics and the rise of online shopping have all made it extremely difficult for small businesses like mine to survive," the owner says.
