I recently met Linda Laymon at one of our Point events and had the chance to empathize with this fellow mother of two young boys. Linda has managed to bring laughter to some of the tough situations moms face when they give up their careers and social lives for the sake of their kids.

It's the story of a 42 year old married woman with two young boys living in suburbia and driving a station wagon. The book touches on monotonous chores, emotional chaos, and general bedlam that moms can fully relate to. It's the bare, honest, and sometimes ugly true story of one week in the life of what could be any woman. Linda's novella delves into the reality of age, surroundings, marriage, and motherhood in a clever and laugh-out-loud way.
