Meteorologist Dan Zarrow is carefully watching potential Tropical Cylclone 10, which could be upgraded to Tropical Storem Irma later today.

Here's what you should know so far about it...

The center of the storm is probably going to pass about 200 miles from the Jersey Shore

It will likely bring a little rain and wind tomorrow to our area

Rough surf conditions can be expected for the remainder of the week at the Jersey Shore.

Of course, Dan is monitoring the storm for any changes and you can keep up to date on the very latest on that and everything you need to know about Jersey Shore weather any time with his weather blogs.

And of course, we're all monitoring the very latest on Harvey and hoping for the best for all those affected by that terrible storm. If you'd like to find out how you can help, please check out Matt Ryan's post.
