‘Jersey Shore’s’ Mike ‘The Situation’ to Open Middletown Tanning Salon

If you had to guess what kind of business MTV's "Jersey Shore's" Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino would open in Monmouth County, it wouldn't be an accounting firm, right? A tanning salon is more like it.

Look for Boca Tanning Club to open its doors Saturday in the Middletown Plaza at 1383 Route 35 North. "The Situation" will be doing a meet-and-greet with fans from 1:30-3:30 at the salon.

Mike's brother, Marc will be managing the tanning club and says that he's all about the "GTL" as much as his brother. But now that he's got a business, it's likely "TGL" will become the new motto.

The Sitch's family owns the Boca Tanning Club franchise based out of Boca Raton, Florida. They have locations in Texas, New York and Florida. This will be the family's first New Jersey location.

If Middletown is a hike, don't worry. "The Situation" and his family plan to expand the franchise into Freehold and Manalapan soon.
