Point Pleasant Borough Police issue an arrest warrant for a Manchester man wanted for his reported role in being apart of paving companies who have allegedly been taking performing unnecessary work for elderly citizens that costs nearly $120,000.00.

Nicholas Stanko Jr., accused of committing a crime, is wanted for charges of 3rd Degree Theft by deception and 3rd Degree Conspiracy.

Police say Stanko Jr. has ties to Done Right Paving, Jimmy The Paver, All State Paving & Masonry and Frankie's Paving.

Their investigation has been ongoing into paving companies, (not specifically named) who have allegedly been taking advantage of elderly citizens and bilking them for an enormous amount for work that didn't need to be done.
