We have been exposed to many opinions on which New Jersey towns are the prettiest, most historic, and have the best downtowns.

Which Town Is The Must-Visit Town In New Jersey?

The answer to many of those questions is Cape May. We love that Victorian town and think it deserves every honor it receives.

We did, however, find an article that celebrates another amazing town in the Garden State, and this one deserves the spotlight as well.

The website Thrillist came up with their choice for the must-visit town in every state, and while a trip to Cape May is always recommended, that is not the town they chose.

If It's Not Cape May, Then Which Town Is It?

Instead, they chose an amazing, and often underrated Monmouth County beach town for this honor.
