Mutiny BBQ Company is now open in Asbury Park, NJ.  The rebellion against bland meats has officially happened in Asbury Park.  The team at Mutiny BBQ Company has mastered their craft of delivering delicious, savory barbeque, that will have your taste buds screaming for more.

Growing up in the northeast, the barbeque scene wasn't really a "thing."  Over the years, pitmasters began to master their craft.  The delicious, smoked, and perfectly seasoned meats, that you could only find deep in the south and west started making an impact across the country.

Today was the big day for Mutiny BBQ Company, not far off of the Garden State Parkway at exit 100B.

It was their opening day in Asbury Park, NJ and I had a chance to go.  Let me tell you, they did not disappoint and I can already tell that this place will be a major hit during the off and on the season.

Our group of four dove into an impressive menu of BBQ eats.

There were ribs, wings, mac and cheese, potato salad, pulled pork, and how can we forget the brisket.

I was definitely sampling from the group.  The wings, oh, let's get into the wings.  They were just the right amount of crisp with plenty of juicy flavors.  I haven't had wings like that in some time.  They were prepared really well.  I'm critical about my sauces.  If it's a buffalo wing, and there's a kick, it needs flavor.  This wing delivered.

I dove into the pulled pork.  If you are a pork fan, you know that this is the meat where you need to cook and cook well.  If you go too overboard, then you end up drying out the meat.  The pulled pork was fantastic.  I added a little sauce, just to try, but I was finding myself eating the pork without it.  I didn't want to miss out on the flavor of the pulled pork. That's an incredible accomplishment.

James, who was in our group, devoured his ribs and said "The St. Louis ribs were tender and flavorful. Best I’ve had in Monmouth county." - Literally, fall off the bone.

Look how delicious that looks.  The pork above, and the menu below.

We sat outside near this bad boy below.  There is something about eating outside, at Mutiny BBQ Company and you feel the heat and smell the aroma off of the pit.  This is going to be a new favorite spot.

We'll take all of the wings, please.

Tell me that doesn't look amazing.  Oh, the fries, addictive.
