New Jersey Has Only One Of Top 100 US Trips

One website has named the 100 U.S. trips everyone should take in their lifetime, and New Jersey is only mentioned once.

Do you think you can name the one New Jersey destination listed in the Top 100 U.S. trips we should all take, according to Insider? Here's a hint. It's in Ocean County. Here's another clue. You'll never guess it.

If you were thinking Seaside or Point Pleasant, think again. It obviously can't be Cape May or AC, since neither is in Ocean County. So. then it must be Long Beach Island, right? Wrong.

The one destination that made the list was none of those. Here's another hint. It's tall and it's green. What? Are you about ready to give up on this guessing game? Do you just want the answer?

Fine. The one New Jersey trip everyone should take in their lifetime is...ready for it...Kingda Ka. Yep, that's right. Kingda Ka. No beautiful beaches, no gorgeous boardwalk, no quaint little towns. Just Kingda Ka.

Nothing against Kingda Ka. We love it, and love Great Adventure too for that matter. It's an awesome place everyone should experience at least once in their lives, and many more times of course for locals.

The frustration isn't about what did make the list, it's about all the places that didn't. I think New Jersey, and especially the Jersey Shore, does not get enough love in these type of lists., but I'm not exactly impartial.
