THE WICKED WITCH WHO SUGGESTED THAT NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS SHOULD PUMP OUR OWN GAS!

In case you are just joining the party, there was a bill being seriously considered in New Jersey that would force you to get out of your car at the gas pump EVERY TIME.

Well...not exactly.

Just to rehash: This new bill proposed a hybrid system for New Jersey gas stations: full service pumps with attendants and self-service gas pumps.

This new bill also came with a pretty big perk:

According to News12.com"The 'Motorist Fueling Choice and Convenience Act' sponsors say gas prices would be reduced up to 15 cents a gallon."

Well cheaper prices or not, I am beyond ecstatic to announce that this bill was denied!

BOOYAAA!!!! Take that world!

Why was it denied?

For two reasons. The first is that, "State Senate President Nicholas Scutari says he does not support it."

Thank you, Nicholas. Did I mention that I love you?

The second reason is that random polls and questionnaires were tabulated throughout the Garden State and majority of us hated the idea of self-serve gas.

Wow. This is a new feeling...to be listened to and all that.

So now, the rest of the world can continue to hate on us for not having to pump our own gas. Why they hate us for it I will never truly understand.

If I may also add: this saves quite a few jobs. You know that once self-serve gas stations became a thing, gas attendants would be let go left and right!

Do you want to have to get out of the car at every gas station? No.

Do you want to pump your own gas in the freezing cold? No.

What about with a foot of snow on the ground? No?

Then CELEBRATE WITH ME!!!

We don't pump our own gas and we argue over food. It's just who we are.

Let's just steer into the skid....cause remember, they hate us cause they aint us.

WOOOOOO!!!
