It’s our second snow day in New Jersey in less than one week.

Just for fun, we’ve put together a list of movies that you can enjoy any time that you’re snowed in.

Of course, our list is highly subjective but here goes.

    "White Christmas" (1954)

    With Bing Crosby and a truly great cast. Why? Because this movie is awesome. A classic from the Golden Age of Hollywood musicals.

    "It’s a Wonderful Life" (1946)

    Jimmy Stewart delivers a spell-binding performance as Gentleman George Bailey. With Donna Reed and so many other incredible actors. It’s a classic for l seasons, including today’s snow day.

    "Frozen" (2013)

    The Disney animated movie became an instant classic and earned a sequel. A great family movie.

    "The Grey" (2012)

    Liam Nelson, you can always count on Neeson to deliver the goods. In this one, he has to lead surviving passengers of a plane crash through wolf country.

    "Snowpiercer" (2014)

    All of humanity is gone, except for a precious few. To stay warm, they race around the world over and over, again, it's an intense thriller.

    "While You Were Sleeping" (1995)

    Great chemistry with Sandra Bullock and Bill Pullman; an excellent supporting cast of “family” members.

    "The Revenant" (2015)

    One of the most fierce and intense movies that you’ll ever watch. This one is not for the faint of heart. Leonardo DiCaprio delivers one of his finest performances. This movie is strictly for adults only.

    A pair of Olympic hopefuls try to win the pair's figure skating gold medal.

    "Fargo" (1996)

    Snow and freezing temperatures set the stage for hijinks with an Oscar-winning performance.

    A snowstorm thriller involving a large amount of cash found and brothers who go through a myriad of emotions throughout the movie.

    "The Edge" (1997)

    You can never miss with Sir Anthony Hopkins. Hopkins and Alec Baldwin and the drama that follows after a plane crash.

    "The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" (2004)

    It’s warm and fuzzy, coupled with cold and distant. You may feel a bit exhausted after going on this roller coaster ride.

    "Groundhog Day" (1993)

    Bill Murray and Andie McDowell have wonderful chemistry. You can watch this one again and again. (See what we did there?)

    "Miracle" (2004)

    The incredible story of the long-shot 1984 United States Olympic Men's Ice Hockey champions. It's a great, feel-good movie.

    "Titanic" (1997)

    Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet are great together and it's just a classic.

    "Home Alone" (1990)

    With Macaulay Culkin and Catherine O'Hara, plus a cameo by the late John Candy. The second installment, “Lost in New York” is also excellent and features a cameo appearance by President Donald Trump.
