Summer is the favorite season for so many New Jersey residents, especially those of us at the Jersey Shore.

The beaches and boardwalks are open, the great outdoor restaurants we love are thriving, and everything we love about the Jersey Shore is happening all around us.

The difference between a good summer and a great one at the Jersey Shore hinges on the weather. A good, hot, dry summer benefits everyone. So, how will this summer's weather treat us at the Jersey Shore?

Summer 2026 Weather In New Jersey

The answer is, we don't know that answer yet. Meteorologists will tell us it's way too early to know. So, the only peek we have into the weather that far away is a long-range forecast.
