Not too long ago, Newsweek put out a map of which states they thought were the loudest, and New Jersey didn't disappoint.

The Garden State was easily the noisiest in that report as well, followed by Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
Living In New Jersey Is A Loud Experience
Despite the multitude of data out there proving how loud we are in New Jersey, all we need to do is go about our daily lives to prove it to ourselves.

One trip on the Parkway or Turnpike, or a walk through your favorite mall, will quickly prove to you that we don't know how to turn the volume down.
