What Are New Jersey's Strongest Energy Efficiency Categories?

According to the report, New Jersey residents are much better with car efficiency than home efficiency.

Conversely, the three worst states for energy efficiency are (from 3 to 1) West Virginia, Alabama, and South Carolina. Keep in mind, that data for Alaska and Hawaii is not available.
