If you live in New Jersey, you see a lot of people trying to get or stay in shape each day, but is New Jersey among the fittest states in America?
According to Garage Gym Reviews, it all depends on how high you want to set the bar. If the Garden State ranks in the top 5, does that mean we're fit?
Or maybe we'd be considered a fit state if we placed in the top 10 or even the top 20. Well, only one of those bars works for the Garden State.
This Is Where New Jersey Ranks For Fitness
Despite all the exercising we see and do in New Jersey, we only rank as the 20th fittest state in the nation.

Those of you with a "glasses half full" attitude will find the good in that ranking, and there is good. 30 other states are less fit than we are.
Others will point to all the work we do to stay fit in New Jersey, and then that ranking will be a bit of a disappointment.

The fittest state in America is Colorado, and the least fit state is West Virginia, according to this research.
I hate to point fingers, but I have to think that all the amazing pizzerias in New Jersey have something to do with this.
