OCEAN — Two Monmouth County residents have a comfy seat in jail today after they were accused of having a plethora of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Beth P. Laurent, 42, of Ocean Township and Rodney Collazo, 55, of Neptune Township were taken into custody by Ocean Township Police Department's Patrol Bureau on Wednesday, September 2nd during a narcotics investigation at a busy motel.

Officers arrived for the investigation at Tower Motel on Route 35 and found Laurent to be in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia. Collazo was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Both Laurent and Collazo were booked, processed, and released on a summons with a future court date.
