If you live in Holmdel or Marlboro then you may have already tried this great breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant that is now getting ready to come to Fair Haven!

Over Easy Kitchen has plans (that have been approved) to open a third location in the Acme shopping center on River Road in Fair Haven right next to the post office and Nicholas Creamery.

Although a sign in that shopping center can't be missed for Dunkin' Donuts, that storefront is currently empty. Being new to this area, I'm not sure if they lost or won a battle to open that coffee shop in this adorable neighborhood, but if DD lost, it still hasn't removed its sign.

Meanwhile, no word on how long it will take to open this location of OE Kitchen, but their Facebook page contains a post saying "Hello, Fair Haven, Hello."

Although I haven't gotten a chance to try their food for myself, some of the options look absolutely delicious...like the pancakes in this photo.  Describing themselves on their website as a "brunch neighborhood destination serving breakfast and lunch with upscale options," some of their menu items looks fabulous, including "Protein Breffy" (scrambled egg whites, marinated grilled chicken, sautéed garlic spinach, sliced avocado, multi-grain toast), and their "Fancy Burrata" (Two poached eggs, fresh burrata cheese over arugula, avocado, tomatoes, onions, balsamic on grilled sourdough bread, topped with pesto aioli).

Heck, even their scrambled egg dishes, Belgian Waffles, and Hearty Tomato Soup look scrumptious!

I wonder if this place will give Seed to Sprout in the adjacent building a run for their money. All I know is that there can never be too many healthy and delicious options for dining around these parts of Monmouth County!
