One Direction Covers Oasis ‘Wonderwall’

Boybanders One Direction looked to a classic by their fellow Brits, Oasis, to breathe new life into an awesome '90s song.

After seeing Liam Gallagher and his new band Beady Eye perform Wonderwall at the Olympic Closing Ceremony, it's no surprise to hear this song come out this week. (In case you didn't know, Oasis' two main members were brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher who got along as well as oil and water, and were notorious for constant bickering and other ridiculous antics.)

PopCrush reports that 1D actually recorded the song last summer.

I love the original tune, but I kinda dig this cover version.
