Ortley Beach ACME shoppers who stole over $800 worth of coffee have been arrested
A Seaside Heights pair are arrested Wednesday a week after stealing over $800.00 worth of coffee products from the Ortley Beach ACME, according to Toms River Police.
Donald Kelly, 55, of Freemont Avenue and Tammy Burd, 43, of Central Avenue of Seaside Heights were caught on video allegedly stealing seven boxes of keurig k-cups worth $110.00 each from the Ortley Beach ACME (formerly the A&P) and $770.00 worth of coffee before fleeing the store.
Both suspects were each charged by Detective Mark Bajada with theft.
They were released pending a future court date.
