Fall is officially here. If you are like me, you may be a little reluctant to leave summer behind.  After a few days though, I usually start come around to appreciating the new season and all the things fall has to offer, like how great it feels sleeping with the window open on a cool autumn night, and, mostly, to all the beautiful fall colors.

Let's take a virtual trip to see fall foliage sights from here in America and around the world. With help from the extensive photo files of Getty Images, I put together a short tour of foliage on display in Japan, England, Germany, Scotland, China and the U.S.A.
