Top 5 Worst Jersey Shore Roads For Summer Traffic

We asked you to name the worst Jersey Shore road for summer traffic, besides the Garden State Parkway, and now the results are in.

It's so hard to narrow down a handful of roads, since just about every road at the Jersey Shore is affected somehow by summer traffic. When all was said and done there was a winner (or loser depending on how you look at it) but it was pretty close.

The top vote getter in our survey was Route 35/Asbury Circle, which got 22% of your vote. There was a small gap between that and the runners up, Route 72 into LBI and Ocean Ave, Point Pleasant Beach which tied for 2nd with 20% each.

Ocean Ave in Belmar and Route 35, Mantoloking each received 12% of your vote to round out the top 5.

Othe rodas that received votes but didn't make the top 5 include Boulevard, Seaside Heights, Route 37 into Seaside, Route 70 in Brick and Routes 35/36 in Eatontown.
