Every summer, one of my favorite stops on the way to the Jersey Shore is along Route 206 in Hammonton, where I pull over at one of the many local farm stands to grab a basket or two of fresh blueberries. They're so good!!

Always sweet and delicious, and just screams summer in New Jersey!

Hammonton is known as the "Blueberry Capital of the World," and as you drive along, you're surrounded by blueberry fields in every direction, with hand-painted signs for fresh blueberries.

It's one of those summer sights that brings back so many sweet memories. And now it's time to celebrate!

The 40th annual Red, White, and Blueberry Festival is just days away, so get ready to celebrate at one of the Garden State's sweetest summer traditions.

Get Ready For Hammonton's Big Blueberry Festival

Come on out for a day of fun in Hammonton with live music, entertainment, a classic car show, food, arts and crafts, and lots of blueberries!

The festival will also have a pie-eating contest, and of course, it's got to be blueberry!
