In keeping with the spirit of that basketball tourney that I know nothing about, Restaurant Madness is back! This year, the Madness coincides with an amazing event for local foodies: Jersey Shore Local Restaurant Month, presented by Jersey Shore InMotion and Jersey Shore Hurricane News!
