Short Hills Mall Opens ‘Frozen’ Ice Palace
If your kids love the movie 'Frozen,' (and who doesn't like that movie??) make plans to head to the interactive Disney Frozen Ice Palace at The Mall at Short Hills!
From November 6 until December 24th, kids (and kids-at-heart) can walk through the 30 foot Ice Palace and see animated scenes with Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven!
You'll be able to watch various scenes from the movie while fake snow falls. There will be a light show and fun activities, too!
In the Icy Hand Print experience, kids can leave their hand print in ice, and see how it compares with Sven and Olaf! So cute!
On the Ice Throne, they can take pictures with a stuffed Olaf.
And to make it extra special? It ends with a visit with a very special guest -- Santa! They'll also get a special Frozen book.
It's free to walk through the Ice Palace, but you do need to purchase the Ice Throne and Santa photos.
It's all to celebrate the DVD release of the Sing-Along Edition of Frozen, which comes out November 18th.
The Frozen Ice Palace experience is in the mall's Grand Court. Depending on where you live in Monmouth or Ocean County, it will take about 45-60 minutes to get to the mall, located in Livingston.
