Jersey Shore’s Snooki Gives Birth

Jersey Shore’s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has delivered a baby at a New Jersey hospital.

MTV News reports that son Lorenzo Dominic LaValle arrived just before 3AM on Sunday morning at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston.

On her Twitter feed Snooki wrote,”I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic ! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE’S MY WORLD! ❤”

She also called her fiance Jionni LaValle  a “cute dad.” “Being a mom is an amazing feeling!!! I love my little man to death! Jionni is such a cute dad,” she tweeted.

In a statement, Polizzi’s rep said, “The world just got another Guido!!! (Lorenzo) entered the world weighing 6lbs, 5oz. Nicole, Jionni & Enzo are doing great!”

“We couldn’t be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy!,” said MTV in a statement.  “We look forward to Lorenzo’s first trip to the Jersey Shore and can’t wait to see his first animal print onesie.”

Her pregnancy will be featured on the sixth season of MTV’s Jersey Shore which debuts in October.

Polizzi checked into the the hospital on Saturday night. On Saturday night she tweeted a picture of a tiger, a lion and a leopard with the message “Fierce.”

Snooki went public with her pregnancy in March as she began taping her spinoff series with J-Woww, JS, in Jersey City. The pair is currently filming the show’s second series in Manchester.
