Southwest Will No Longer Fly Out Of NJ As Of November
A very well-known airline will no longer be flying out of New Jersey.
Southwest Airlines announced earlier today that they will stop flying out of Newark Liberty International Airport this upcoming November and will consolidate its New York City-area operations at LaGuardia Airport.
The reasoning for this major change is because "financial results" have been "below expectations."
Luckily, 125 Southwest employees are being offer jobs at LaGuardia or can go for other jobs elsewhere.
Now, what's done is done and now we just have to figure out all of our travel arrangements from here on out.
