My Spring Day Trip From New Jersey To Philadelphia Was Absolutely Perfect
It was absolutely gorgeous out the other day. The sun was shining, it was nice and warm out, so we decided to take a drive over the bridge into Philadelphia and make a day out of it.

A Perfect Spring Day In Philadelphia's Scenic Waterfront
We had the best time!
It was one of those simple trips that remind you of how nice it is to get out, switch things up, and explore somewhere nearby.
We walked along Kelly Drive and Boathouse Row, enjoying the sunshine and taking in the views. It's a historic stretch of rowing clubhouses along the Schuylkill River, where clubs and local universities are based right along the water.
Schools like PENN, Drexel University, and other local rowing teams all train there.
The whole area was filled with people out walking, running, biking, and just enjoying the beautiful spring weather along the water.
You can even rent bikes while you're there, grab some lunch, or simply sit and take in the views.
Then, of course, straight out of Rocky, we had to run up the famous steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and check out the statue at the top.

People were visiting from all over the world.
We stood in line talking to a family from Germany who were so excited to see the area for the first time. You can also check out the little shop at the bottom of the steps.
