Spring Lake One Of America’s Most Expensive Zip Codes

There are plenty of expensive zip codes in America, and Forbes magazine has identified the most expensive.

Among their list of the 2014's Top 500 Most Expensive Zip Codes in the country, Spring Lake made the top half of that list, coming in at # 219. The list is based on median home prices and looked at 28,500 different zip codes. The research used "asking prices for single-family homes and condominiums listed for sale.'

According to the study, the median home price in Spring Lake is $1,352,848 and the average days a home stays on the market is 234. Other New Jersey towns that made the Top 500 include Avalon and Stone Harbor.
