This is one of the moments where I am more than happy to say: "I told you so!"

A "90+ Study" was recently conducted by the UC Irvine Institute for Memory Impairments and Neurological Disorders and what they discovered will make you smile.

As it turns out, people who drank a moderate amount of alcohol or coffee lived longer than those who did not.

Now this study was conducted with people over the age of 90 years old but I am going to imagine that these results apply to people of all ages so BOOM!

Now of course this still means that everything should still be consumed in moderation.

"We're not talking about getting drunk every night. Moderate, one or two glasses of wine, maybe a little bit more, and a little bit of coffee,” said News 12 New Jersey’s Dr. Derrick DeSilva.

So I guess we can now say this guilt free: "Drink up!"

P.S. Researchers are always looking for people who are 90 years old or older for other "90+ Study" projects so if you are interested, click HERE.
