New Jersey officials shut down all Boston Market locations after employees reported they were not getting paid. Back wage claims have now been settled.

There have been way too many restaurant closures in Ocean County lately. A bunch of them have been in one busy area.

So several months ago I did an article about the former Boston Market in Brick Township and we asked about the status of this restaurant and possibly the future for the location....

It was in business for nearly 25 years on Brick Blvd in Brick Township, But earlier this year the Boston Market said farewell to Brick and closed its doors for good, leaving many hungry for Boston Market in the Brick area.

It is very tough to sustain a business when they can only rely on take-out and delivery orders.

I haven't been to Boston Market in over a year, but I made a stop last night and found a "surprise" in my sandwich.
