I go to my Super Walmart all the time and never imagined I could do my shopping for milk and eggs and now get a mammogram. It's true, mammograms launched in December in Delaware. It's a breast screening service called MammogramNow. Hopefully we'll be seeing it in the Super Walmarts in New Jersey or at least in some locations. ...

October is fast approaching and October is "Breast Cancer Awareness Month" and there is a fantastic fundraiser coming up right here in Toms River.

Long-time Point Morning Show friend Moe Keane, who already had the honor of being the 2014 Revlon Cancer Survivor Spokesperson, has once again been asked to help raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer.

If you're due for a haircut or thinking about a new do, you may want to do it at Profiles Hair and Nail Salon this coming Sunday, October  6th during a very special cut-a-thon.

All this month we have had the honor of having representatives of The American Cancer Society, including Senior Director of Special Events, Kathleen Gelchion Daly, who joined us this morning, as well as local breast cancer survivors on the morning show to talk about Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, and now the big weekend is here!

There are a lot of misconceptions about breast health: it's only a women's issue, it's only important for older women, if there's no family history of problems, there's no need to worry... Let me tell you my story.
