Amanda Davila was convicted of endangering the welfare of a child in the 2023 seat belt strangulation death of Fajr Williams, a 6-year-old special needs child.
The Hillsborough Fire District said Thomas Marvits was an active member of Fire Company #3 (Station 38) for 11 years and is survived by his wife and two children.
