Our latest real estate question is concerning this old 7-11 on Route 37 in Toms River. This site is currently dark and has been shut down for awhile. It’s a busy section of Route 37 near Lakehurst Road. Recently we have seen several 7-11’s close in Ocean County.
In an earlier post, we mentioned that road construction was going to begin in Downtown Toms River. This construction began on June 1st and you may see crews working, especially from 7 pm to 6 am, and with that road closures and detours in the Downtown district in Toms River.
A Jackson man, in the process of serving an eight year sentenced in a Federal Correctional Facility in Mississippi for receiving child porn, has just received a concurrent sentence of five years out of Ocean County for distributing it.
