We Have Photos From The Latest Mall Construction on Route 9 in Toms River, NJ

This is an update on a story we were following many months ago as construction began on this latest shopping mall in Toms River, Ocean County. I recently took a ride by the work and took some photos to show the progress on this mall, which is on the northern end of Toms River Township near the Lakewood line.

This construction project is called "The Row" and it's situated along Route 9. Looks like "The Row at Toms River" will feature shopping, restaurants, and office space.

We have watched this project rise from the ground and now you can kinda see the vision. It looks to be an upscale shopping mall, more than the average strip mall. Hopefully, this construction will bring some new businesses to Toms River and Ocean County.

Take a look at the architects drawing and you will get a better idea of their vision for this mall along Route 9.

Currently "The Row at Toms River" is looking for businesses to lease. You can email and get information if you are a local business looking to move into this location when it opens.

This location looks like it would be perfect for some neat boutiques and restaurants. Maybe stores we haven't seen in Toms River, something new and exciting. Lots of times we hear that you think we keep building the same stores over and over again, this new mall could be a spot for a breath of fresh air?
