The Most Beautiful Spot in New Jersey is One of the Most Stunning Places in America
There are so many beautiful locations in the United States so when Cosmopolitan put together their list of the "Most Beautiful Places in All 50 States" it was an honor to be placed among these stunning sites as the cream of the crop here in America.
Here in New Jersey, the Cosmopolitan article selected a location right here at the Jersey Shore as our state's most beautiful spot. Not just the Jersey Shore, but right here in Ocean County, how cool is that? This adds to just another reason why you want to visit us here in Ocean County.
Island Beach State Park was chosen as the most beautiful location in the Garden State. I think we would all agree that we have many beautiful locations in New Jersey, and Island Beach State Park deserves to be on the list and top that list for so many.
According to Cosmopolitan, "New Jersey's Island Beach State Park, which spans nearly 10 miles of the Barnegat Peninsula, is a popular place for ocean swimming and surf fishing. And with its maritime forests, tidal marshes, and rolling sand dunes, the undeveloped barrier beach provides an incredible backdrop for these and other recreational activities."
It's no wonder that during the summer season, Island Beach State Park is always visited by thousands every week of the summer. In fact, on a sunny day, the location fills to capacity extremely quickly and is closed by mid-morning to additional visitors. It's simply a beautiful natural resource and we are lucky to have it right here in Ocean County, New Jersey.
So next time you are looking for a truly beautiful spot to visit and enjoy, put Island Beach State Park on your list. In addition, be sure to have a camera handy because you will want pics from this day trip in Jersey.
