Step Inside The New Luxury Townhomes Off Rt. 138 In Wall Township

Every day after work, I take exit 98 for my commute home. As I merge onto Rt. 138 to make my way into Belmar, the first thing I see are the brand-new luxury townhomes. I think the location is a little strange, but they look very nice! The buildings are beautiful, and the landscaping is top notch. What do you think? Would you want to live there?

The Townes at Glen Oaks are still offering townhomes at 2061 Allenwood Road. There are three different types of homes within the community - Albright III, Bryn Mawr, & Fordham. Many people have already bought within the community, but there are still a few spots up for sale for the Bryn Mawr style homes. Pictures below!

K Hovnanian Homes says these townhomes have open floorplans perfect for entertaining, they have one & two car garages, flexible loft spaces, and they are very low maintenance. Prices are starting from the mid $600s.

Some Wall Township residents have tough things to say about the townhomes. One anonymous local says, "Definitely nothing special about them from the front. And no land. For 600K I'd want a little space between myself and my neighbors. Whoever buys them is going to regret spending that money if they go to sell in two years."
