Jersey Things That Make You Go Hmmm!

There are a lot of things we come across in the course of a week here at the Jersey Shore the make us, as the song says, go hmmm, and just that his week I ran across a few of them that I wanted to share with you.

We started a new segment on the morning show called “Things That Make You Go Hmmm” and here are some of my contributions to the first episode.

The cart goes before the car. Why is it that the same person who feels the need to take up two spots in the supermarket parking lot is also the same person who doesn’t put their cart back when they’re done? Just how much better do you think your car is than mine? Hmmm.

Vegetable bags. No one can ever open them without the old lick your finger trick, which is about the single worst thing you can do these days, so people have resorted to wrapping their tomatoes in a closed bag. It's actually not a bad idea but still gets a hmmm when you first see it.

Why does the tourist who decides to go the slowest on the Parkway always choose to do it in the left lane? Don’t you want to hand out free New Jersey drivers manuals all summer long? Hmmm.

This is a list that could go on and on and on. So much so that we’re probably going to have to do a few different episodes. So let us know some of the things that make you go hmmm.
