P!nk is one of the most driven, positive, talented, and accomplished artists of our time. What makes her even cooler to me is when she shares her struggles. Losing weight is one of them, and she just made a big breakthrough. 

P!nk admittedly had the hardest time getting the extra weight off she put on during the height of COVID.  She said she had way too much sourdough bread for her little frame and it caused her lots of health problems.  She suffered back and hip pain and inevitably she has surgery.  Her body was full of inflammation and she knew something had to give.

This sounds like a dream, P!nk hit the pause button on her life and flew to Spain to stay at the SHA Wellness Clinic.  She has a coach help her with the Kushi diet and she spent two weeks being mindful of three things, what food she put into her body, rest, and meditation.  Ahhhhh…

*After each meal drink two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water (make sure the vinegar has the "mother" in it. It will say it on the label)*
