I had to do a double-take when I saw how much this house's rent is.

This summer rental at 204 Corlies Avenue in Allenhurst is $95,000 a month, according to Zillow. It doesn't have an extra zero on the rent, I checked. $95,000!

This house boasts eight bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms and is located just two blocks from the super-trendy Allenwood Beach Club.
