Two DWI Checkpoints Scheduled For This Weekend At The JS
Just a heads up that there will be TWO DWI Checkpoints happening this weekend at the Jersey Shore
The first checkpoint is happening from 10:00 PM on Friday night until 2:00 AM on Saturday morning in Hazlet.
It is going to be held on Route 36 and the plan is to have police officers conduct sobriety tests on random drivers in the parking lot of the Holy Family Church as they head eastbound.
The second DWI Checkpoint happening this weekend will be on Elberon Avenue in Allenhurst where police offers will pull cars heading northbound to the side to conduct sobriety tests.
The checkpoint will start at 9:00 PM on Saturday evening and last until 1:00 AM on Sunday morning.
Remember to always driver sober because otherwise, you are putting yourself and the others around you in serious danger.
There are so many other options: Uber, Lyft, taxi, designated driver or walk (if able).
