Longer Days Could Be Messing With Your Sleep Schedule In New Jersey
Now that the days are longer and filled with more sunshine, are you pushing everything back later and later to enjoy the nice weather, but still trying to fit everything into your already busy day?
Are You Feeling More Tired Lately
If you've been feeling drained during the day, and that second cup of coffee around 2 o'clock isn't really doing the job anymore, there's a good chance you're just not getting as much sleep as you think.

According to a survey by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, nearly 72% of U.S. adults say sleepiness sometimes, often, or always gets in the way of their everyday activities.
It's often hard to wind down after a very busy day. You may find yourself tossing and turning, waking up not feeling refreshed, but rather exhausted.

Longer Days Bring Outdoor Fun, But Tiredness Creeps In For Many Adults
Nearly 60% of people report that being tired affects their mood, 53% say the lack of sleep increases stress and anxiety levels, and 42% say work productivity is affected.
Another key takeaway from the study is that adults aged 25-34 (nearly 30%) and 35-44 (31%) are the most likely age groups to say that relationships are an area of their lives affected by sleepiness.
Even if it's trying to relax a little bit earlier, staying off your phone before bed, and getting an extra 10 minutes of sleep, it's something. Hopefully, over time, it'll help, and you'll eventually feel more refreshed!
