Coast Guard searching for man last seen rowing boat in Toms River

The U.S. Coast Guard is hoping you can help them find a man who was last seen near the beach in Ocean Gate heading towards Toms River in a rowboat.

Information is minimal at this point from the Coast Guard who hasn't indicated whether the man is a suspect, person of interest or a missing person.
